The Benefit Concepts web-based solution allows both participants and clients to access information both efficiently and effectively. Participants can view the status of their account through the Participant Portal. Through the HR Portal, Clients have the ability to view participant information, retrieve any applicable reports, and enter new participants online.
Experienced Call Center
Benefit Concepts’ call center is located in East Providence, Rhode Island, and is open from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm, Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Call center representatives are trained to answer client specific questions as directed by the client.
